Signs of struggle should be heeded:
Getting out of bed with difficulty.
A distracted manner.
Lack of joy.
Lack of passion.
Daily tasks may require enormous effort. Or perhaps you are a perfectionist denying what you really feel.
Your thoughts and feelings are not in sync. Or you may be tired despite getting sleep. Or sleep may be interrupted. Part of you is not truly at peace.
It's time to take care of you.
